Treatex® Floor Care can be applied using a mop or slow buffing machine with a white pad.

Areas of high wear can be renovated using Treatex® Refreshment Cleaner and Treatex® Wax Polish.
Treatex® Refreshment Cleaner is an aggressive cleaner which prepares surfaces for refinishing. Begin by diluting Treatex® Refreshment Cleaner in water at a ratio of 1:100 (50 ml to 5 litres of water). Mop the surface with this solution, ensuring that the mop is only damp and never wet, and leave to dry for approximately 3 hours.

Treatex® Wax Polish is a diluted version of Treatex® Hardwax Oil. Once dry, apply Treatex® Wax Polish to a small area at a time, either by wiping on a thin coat using a lint free cloth, taking care not to leave cloth marks, or by buffing using a white pad under a slow machine ensuring the surface is buffed until there are no swirl marks. Allow to dry for three to four hours.

For areas of very high wear a thin coat of Treatex® Hardwax Oil can be applied instead of Treatex® Wax Polish to surfaces cleaned with Treatex® Refreshment Cleaner.
Treatex® Floor Care and Treatex® Wax Polish are both included in our cleaning and maintenance kits alongside a lightly abrasive pad for removing stubborn stains.
